Return Policy


ONLINE RETURN POLICY

Greigh Goods gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or unaltered regular-priced merchandise purchased online for full refund or exchange within 14 days of the delivery date. All merchandise must be accompanied with the original packing slip and with all tags attached. All sale merchandise is final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.

This return policy is for online orders only and does not apply to in-store purchases. For our in-store return policy, please refer to the In-Store Return Policy below or contact the store directly.

 

ONLINE REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original form of payment, within 7-10 business days. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account. Allow up to two billing cycles for a refund to appear on your credit card statement. 

 

ONLINE EXCHANGES

Exchanges are processed as a new order. Once your return package has been received and inspected by us, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment. The same form of payment will then be charged for the exchange.

 

FINAL SALE MERCHANDISE

All sale merchandise is final sale and may not be returned or exchanged. If we receive returned sale merchandise, you will be notified via email, the package will be returned to you and you will not receive a refund.

 

SHIPPING

To process a return or exchange, please mail the return item(s) to: Greigh Goods, Attn: Return Processing, 1300 Highland Avenue, Suite 108 Manhattan Beach, California 90266.

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning merchandise. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE

If you believe that you have received defective merchandise, you must notify us within 3 days of receiving the merchandise to be eligible for a refund. There are no exceptions.

If you were shipped incorrect merchandise (style, color, size, etc.), please notify us within 3 days of receiving the merchandise to be eligible for a refund. We will pay for the return shipping for incorrectly filled orders.

 

RETURN ONLINE PURCHASE IN-STORE

We gladly accept online returns/exchanges at our store location. We will provide store credit or exchanges for unworn, unwashed, undamaged or unaltered regular-priced merchandise returned within 14 days of the delivery date. All merchandise must be accompanied with the original packing slip and with all tags attached. Sorry, no refunds. Please note that store credit can only be redeemed in-store and will not be available for online purchases. All sale merchandise is final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.

Need to exchange size or color of your purchased item? Please contact the store by phone prior to your visit to ensure that the replacement item is available.

 

IN-STORE RETURN POLICY

Not happy with your in-store purchase? Head back to our store and we’ll be happy to help. We will provide store credit or exchange for unworn, unwashed, undamaged or unaltered regular-priced merchandise returned within 14 days of purchase. All merchandise must be accompanied with the original receipt and with all tags attached. Sorry, no refunds or price adjustments. All sale merchandise is final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.
